Colonel David Devasahayam (Retd)
Chairman and Managing Director, Radiant Group of Companies
A former senior instructor in the Directorate General of Security, Cabinet Secretariat, Col David Devasahayam has also commanded a Training Center and two battalions of the Indian Army. Being a hardcore professional, and the CMD of the Radiant Group of Companies, he brings meticulous direction and pioneering vision to Radiant, making the organization focus fully on client satisfaction. Col David Devasahayam saw the huge market potential of Home Health Care Services in our Country as also the need to provide health care services to customers in the comfort of their homes. This became the catalyst for the birth of Radiant Medical Services.
Dr. Renuka David
Managing Director, Radiant Medical Services
Dr. Renuka David is the dynamic and multifaceted Managing Director of Radiant Medical Services. Drawing upon her vast and varied reserves of experience, she provides holistic solutions for the prevention of non-communicable diseases, growing alarmingly in India, and creates awareness towards leading a healthy lifestyle to increase one’s disease-free life span. An MBBS graduate from Coimbatore Medical College, Dr. Renuka is married to Col David Devasahayam, the founder of the Radiant group of companies She has also been a contract doctor with the Indian Army for three years. She dons many avatars as an entrepreneur, doctor, professional speaker, and wellness expert and sits on the boards of various organizations. She is also a well-known healthcare professional who has always been passionate about improving the home healthcare scenario in India while also contributing to the company’s business strategy.
Col G Rajakanthan
Director at RMS
Col G Rajakanthan, Director at RMS, graduated from NDA and served in the Indian Army for over 31 years. He completed his masters in Mass Communication from Madras University and Management from IIM (B). He is passionately involved in home healthcare provided by RMS which is top class in the sector. “Radiant Institute Of Allied Health Science ” is a new venture to train caregivers to deliver care to patients at home in their own environment .We are a specialized service run by a team of doctors and qualified staff to provide excellence in services.
Dr. Angela David
Vice President Operations
Dr Angela David finished her MBBS in SRM medical college in 2018. Following in her mother’s footsteps, she joined Radiant medical services as Vice President of Operations in 2019. During the peak of Covid time, she did a lot of online consultancy. Currently, she runs the operations of the company which ensures professional service to many patients by providing the service in the comforts of their homes. Apart from this, she is a published author who writes poems based on situations and emotions. Her poetry is very realistic and during the lockdown, a lot of people could relate to her work and seek comfort from her words.
C S NIYETI RAJ
Vice President Finance
C S Niyeti Raj has a professional degree in Company Secretaryship (batch topper) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has also completed her MBA in Financial Services (1st rank merit holder) from FCMS, JNVU, Rajasthan.
She holds a B.Com Hons degree in Accounting (merit holder) from FCMS, JNVU, Rajasthan. She completed several other PG Diploma courses in:
1. Computer Applications from (PGDCA), MS University, T.N
2. Intellectual Property Rights from NIMS University, Jaipur
3. Mass Communications from Shridhar University, Pilani
